My conversation with my father!

Like all father and son relationships, I and my father also have our set of deep conversations.

We often discuss things during our car trips together. These short trips together give us the much needed “US” time so that we can discuss about life and its intricacies!

Our sentence exchange may be short and silence may fill the void but trust me they hold a lot of meaning, which again only a father would understand… I tell him about everything on those trips. How my day was, am I excited about something, do I enjoy the time spent with him, everything…

However at my age, with my limited vocabulary you know how difficult it is to describe everything, but I know my one line in my several tones, put to rest all my concerns as my father understand what I mean, every time I tell him…”PAPA, Bus!”

“Papaaa…Bus”, shows excitement
”Papa, Bus” reflects content!
“PAPA, Bus” simple pleasure of life
“PAPA!!!, BUS!!!” is pure joy!!!
“Papa, papa, Bus” …and then this is what happened…
”Papa,…Bus”, you know I love you isn’t it…

This is all we discuss about, every time we are together…and I know, my papa knows and understands...

In my father’s phoos ….(Shoes)!

I have this fascination for phoos… and it’s a big problem you know, not for me but my mama and papa!

I love wearing my father’s phoos. Any kind and make is fine, be it his office phoos or the casuals or sportswear…they just amaze me to no extend. Now you’ll say it’s really ok, after all boys do try to imitate their father’s, but my parents don’t seem to think so…

My mom tries and keeps the phoos as far as possible from me…and now she has started keeping them on top of the cupboard instead of the phoos rack because I can open drawers. After all I am a smart big boy

All I do with the phoos is walk around in them making the flip flop noise from one room to another. I don’t know why they think I will ruin them?

I am also very particular about keeping them clean. I always make it a point to polish my father phoos, even if he has already done it and then fetch a duster to clean them up as well, this inspite of repeated calls from my mother to keep away the shoe shine! She should realize I am being a responsible child and maintaining and cleaning things!! But all she thinks are my hands are getting dirty, I have polish on my clothes!!! Uff these parents, who’ll explain it to them…

The other day my mom got me new blue phoos, I could have slept in them, if only she wouldn’t have forced me to remove them!

I just love my phoos!!! And my parents phoos and all phoos!!! And everytime I see them I just screech in delight!!!
